Diane is the principal broker for Grinnell Realty. She has extensive experience in the central Indiana real estate market and has worked with multiple organizations over the past decade including Century 21, ReMax and Sycamore Group Realtors.
Diane was listed as one of Indianapolis FIVE STAR Real Estate agents in both 2011 and 2012. This was an anonymous survey using recent homebuyers and industry experts. The award list represented less than 5% of licensed agents in the Indianapolis area.
In 2007, Diane was awarded her CRS designation. Less than 4% of all REALTORS have this designation. CRS requires advanced training, technology classes, sales requirements and testing. In 2005, she was awarded the GRI designation. She is a full-time broker and member of MIBOR, Indiana Association of Realtors, Bloomington Association of Realtors and NAR. In 2007, she was rated in the top 20 agents in sales for Remax of Indiana.
